Lindsay Tether

I live in Evesham, Worcestershire, with countryside, river and town walks nearby for inspiration. I like to translate my surroundings into artwork and prefer to change the medium from time to time.

 

I also have a keen interest in drawing and painting portraits and figures from life. Locally I belong to a Portrait group and the Vale of Evesham Art Society.

 

During the lockdown recently I learnt more about digital photography via an online OU course that also informed my painting and drawing.

 

Currently I am working on greetings card designs.

 

Some of my favourite contemporary artists are Maggi Hambling, Quentin Blake, Eileen Cooper and Nicola Slattery.
