Cat Salter-Smith

I studied Fine Art at Wits University in Johannesburg, SA in the early 80's and returned to the UK a few years later, started a family and set up a garden design practice. Being creative has always played an important part in my life but not necessarily through simply painting.

Now that my children have grown up and left home, I have reconnected with painting and am loving it again. As long as the subject matter has great lighting and shadows, I will attempt to capture it in either acrylics or oils - still life, landscape, seascapes and portraits. Also enjoying playing with creating art digitally.
